South Florida Baptist Hospital Foundation joins The Plant City Greater Chamber of Commerce and the Plant City Kiwanis Club in hosting this annual event. The proceeds benefit Children’s activities through these organizations as well as the operations of the SFBH Community Health Wellness on Wheels program. 

This program serves children and adults in the greater Plant City community. A team of wellness professionals attend local churches, schools and community events to offer health-related wellness services. Annually, the Community Health team continues to lead the Back-to-School Health Fair in Plant City, providing free school immunizations and physicals and offering backpacks filled with school supplies. The slogan on the mobile unit is, We Are Here For The Community. And that’s not changing anytime soon!
