Lights of Love 2024

Location: McCall Park - Downtown Plant City

The 26th annual tree lighting ceremony at downtown McCall Park in Plant City marks the start of the holiday season. A new 25' digital Christmas tree is adorned with lights “purchased” by individuals, families and businesses in honor or memory of friends and loved ones. This year's beneficiary will be our new NICU opening 2025.

The Foundation and the City of Plant City co-sponsor this traditional family event that is open to the community and free of charge. (No tickets are required). Enjoy holiday music by First Baptist Church Christmas Band and their Kid's Choir and get your photo taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus (at a nominal charge).

Sponsorship opportunities for this event range from our Supporting Sponsor at $250 to our Lights of Love Major Sponsor at $5,000. Individual lights begin at $25 each and must be purchased in advance. All sponsors and lights purchased are listed in the evening's printed program. The event is usually held the first Thursday evening in December, the day before the annual Plant City Christmas Parade. Help Santa count down from 10 to light up All of Plant City and the Lights of Love Tree. Hope to see you there!
